I audited my own online presence. It was a mess.

I audited my own online presence this week. It was a mess. Three profiles, three completely different people.

Here is what I found:

Not one of them said the true thing: I build and ship SaaS products, with AI features, alongside my engineering work.

Your profiles are your storefront

People land on them before they ever see what you have made. If they contradict each other, or hide behind words that could describe anyone, you lose the reader before you have said anything real.

So I rewrote all of them around one sentence, and pointed them at the actual work. Real stack, plain language, no "passionate about leveraging".

If your headline could describe a thousand other people, it is not doing its job. The fix is not better adjectives. It is saying the specific, true thing and letting the work back it up.
